This is a quide rail for PCB that are mounted perpendicular to another PCB. The hole fits a M3 screw to mount it. When mounted a PCB can be slided into the rail to fit in a connector (header)

Its a quick design took me about 15 minutes with fusion 360 since ist there are not many requirements.
