18650 fatshark case w/ cell checker and toggle

I wanted to improve on dmcke5 18650 case by adding a toggle switch. Most people crack open their goggles and add a power switch and a lead to the fan. I did not want to do all that, so i just put a switch on the battery instead! I also did the 9v step up regulator mod that Joshua Bardwell explains how to do. I only suggest doing that mod if you have the battery indicator and know what you are doing, because you can easily drain a battery too low, permanently damaging it.
