Cr-10 Dual 120mm fan & fan controller bottom mount

Added a hole for a cheap 3.5" fan controller to hide underneath the enclosure.

Added some legs to give it a bit more height too.

Made it possible to use cheap fans I had lying around and still keep it quiet.
