Aus3D IR Z Probe mount for E3D Titan Aero

A printable bracket that can be used to attach the Aus3D IR Z Probe to an E3D Titan Aero extruder.

This will hold the IR Probe at the correct height from the Titan Aero's nozzle for use as a bed sensor/probe.
