LM2596 dual usb module box with v rail

didn't like the mount on the existing one, added a vslot rail. use the top cover on the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2852700

oh one more thing i printed it on its end standing up with supports (for under the vrail), otherwise the tabs that hold the top on seem to snap off easily.
