LCR-T4-H Acrylic case top panel

I got a laser cut acrylic case for my LCR-T4-H and it didn't quite fit as the top of the LCD was just a fraction too high.
Case looked very nice, so rather than send it back, I created a new top panel that did fit.
As a bonus, I added a hole for a switch, so I can isolate the battery so it will last longer.
