Excalibur Puzzle tighter tolerance

Hi, i did some editing to the Excalibur puzzle to keep the pieces from shifting everywhere while holding the puzzle, as well iv posted the drawings i made of the assembly steps.

All the pieces go in pretty easily until the last layer, push pieces up past the posts in order to slip in the pink (make sure it is turned the right way it fits both ways) , then the dark brown piece slips right in, requires very light sanding, but still functional without sanding

i originally started designing th
