Touring Car Glue Guide

This is a guide to mark a touring car tire at 59.5mm in order to glue the sidewalls. I've been finding I have to glue slightly higher, possibly 60mm on my tires for the carpet at my local track. I bought an M4 button head bolt to go through the middle and center it on the wheel.
