Prusa i3 lead screw adaptor

This is an adaptor that allows you to use standard brass leadscrews nuts, with the X axis ends designed for the leadscrew nuts supplied with Prusa i3s (which have a larger BCD). You'll lose around 8mm from your Z build height, if using a standard Prusa i3 design.

This is for the right hand leadscrew - print a mirror image for the left.
