Underwater Grease/Wax Pencil Version 1

Grease pencil for use underwater. Used to mark laminated forms on a clipboard or similar.

Normal china markers deteriorate due to water destroying the paper. I needed to have a number of these for a navigation competition. Designed these to hold the same lead as a china marker (a bit of pain to cut and extract the wax lead, but it works)
