On my Monoprice Select Mini V2 I use the spool holder designed by jasonjones (check the source) and I really like it. So I remixed (Tinkercad) the arms and the spindle to fit the Tornado or any 20x20 frame. It goes on the top left.

You need to print:
1x left arm
1x right arm
1x spindle
2x spacers which will feet your filament spool. I remixed one spacer of jasonjones for the 3DPrintingCanada Value PLA. You can find others in thingiverse (Hatchbox, AMZ3D ...) or check the ones by jasonjame
