Duplicator 9 Larger Extruder Cover for TL-Smoother

This is to replace the cover that goes on top of the Wanhao D9 MK10 extruder assembly. I based it off the original cover dimensions and made it taller to fit a TL-Smoother inside. The TL-Smoother must be the design that has the connector going up from the circuit board instead of out to the side.
