This is a name tag that can be hooked on to the loop-tag 'handle' of a fabric / cardboard storage box in order to identify whom they belong to.

Originally it was designed to fit a 'Mixxit' box from B+Q in the UK (https://www.diy.com/departments/mixxit-anthracite-cardboard-polyester-half-height-storage-box/1368104_BQ.prd) but it should fit any loop-tag that's 36mm or less in width.

For best effect, print in two colours to bring out the detail of the letter and make it more visible.
