Bolt and nut - 2.1mm thread pitch, 12.09 TPI

Bolt and nut test print.The diameter of bolt before thread is 14mm, nut internal diameter 12.4, 12.5, 12.6 mm.

Thread pitch - 2.1mm

Printed at 0.2mm layer has sufficient resolution to produce a workable bolt and nut set. The idle nut diameter for my case is 12.5mm. 12.4 being tight and 12.6 slightly loose.
