This is an endcap for OpenBuilds aluminum linear rails. I printed these in PETG instead of PLA. The 20x40 v2 is designed to be a nice tight fit without screws, just snap-in. PETG is a little more flexible than PLA and less prone to break. The tiny bit of flexibility helps the endcap snap into place and keep it there.
