Compact V6 Volcano Extruder for Formbot Raptor

Compact E3D V6 Volkano extruder design.
Extruder motor positioned above X rail for low vibration and inertia.
Solid clamped V6 hotend.
180 degree fan duct (4020 blower fan).

It is necessary to sand the right-bottom pcb board corner slightly to clear the wheel.
I also had to cut off 5mm of the right-bottom wheel bolt with a dremel to clear the fan duct.
The hotend fan has to be reversed so it suck the hot air out.
