Hypercube Dremel Mount [semi-functional]

This works as a way of clamping a dremel tool to the standard X carriage on a [Hypercube 3D printer](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766). Designed in OpenSCAD.

It works to clamp the dremel, no problemo, but due to the flexibility of the carbon fibre rails on my hypercube, and the distance that the drilling tip is from the X axis rails, I wouldn't recommend using this as-is without modification due to the high deflection of the tip under load.
