Extrusion Squash Feet, standalone and more (cr-10, am8 etc)

My version of squash feet for 2020 or 2040 extrusion printers, its inspired by a couple of other ones here on Thingiverse.
Ive uploaded 2 different heights, 55mm and 80mm, squash ball not counted.

I can add more heights if needed, just ask.

The screw holes are for M4 screws.
