Wobbly refridgerator dry erase pen holder

When tasked with designing a dry-erase pen holder for the refrigerator, what I didn't want was something coming off of the fridge and serving as an "ordinary" pen holder. Casual users plopping it on the table with a couple of embedded industrial-grade magnets destroying all consumer electronics in its path.

This wobbly pen holder's greatest feature is not to hold pens... It's its ability to fail to serve function if removed from the fridge. It doesn't stand up on its own.
