Larger handle cupholder

Larger handle for the Handle for 30oz RTIC Cup designed by https://www.thingiverse.com/cyremann

EDIT: Learned to CAD a little bit and made a new one from the original design. Raised height of handle to 100mm to accommodate larger hands. Upper ring ID is now 97.75 mm and lower ring ID is 80 mm - to fit this more closely to my mug.
