Plug for 32mm plastic pipe and 8 mm wire with ring for 8 mm wire

I have wire going from roof to ground (for lightning protection) hidden under thermal insulation of house inside of plastic pipe of external diameter 32mm (internal diameter is 26,5mm). Wire is 8mm thick aluminium.
To prevent bugs going inside of pipe and doing nasty things there (as they always do), I created plug, which leaves no room for bug to go in.
