RC4 V3

Arduino code is in the zipped file. Components are shown in the diagram. This is a work in progress and in it's current state the gears begin to melt due to too much rev / throttle. I've geared it down as much as I can, maybe the code can be tweaked?

I placed only one STL file in here so Thingiverse will accept my submission, but please ignore it, download the STEP file, and use that to export the parts to STL (this ensures you have my most up to date parts)
