GoPro-compatible mount for a USB power bank

This is for holding a USB power bank on a GoPro-compatible mount such as a bike handlebar clamp, tripod mount or whatever. Default measurements are for this 6700mAh power bank: https://www.clasohlson.com/no/Powerbank-2-x-6700-mAh,-Clas-Ohlson/Pr388243000 but you can customize it for yours, as long as it has a lozenge-shaped cross section (rectangle with fully rounded ends).
