Crank Brothers endcap for Eggbeater or Candy pedals

**Update: 28 Oct 2019** [haarp's comment](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3079147/comments/#comment-2745908) made me realize that although I had remodeled this thing with a T30 torx interface, I had never posted it, so I'm including it now. The flat screwdriver interface wasn't great, and hex was worse, but I find the T30 hex to be pretty good in terms of strength. This is a small plastic part, though, so you have to be careful no matter what interface it's got. It will strip easily.
