Nerf Compatible Stock mount point for Dart Zone Velocity/Adventure Force Accelerator

I feel this is done enough to share as I *think* what is left is primarily decorative and not functional.

This stock use 2x of the Cover/lock to hold the stock in place.

Revisions of the stock will be forthcoming with Dart Zone, Nerf, or picatinny compatible rails "above" the cover/lock for bonus tactics.

I expect to change to a friendlier license once this is finalized.
