HDHomeRun CONNECT & SCRIBE Duo / Quatro Wall Mounts

UPDATED 2020-11-26: Added a mount for the new Scribe Duo/Quatro devices, per request and measurements from @mbrown2020. This is untested, as I don't have one. Please post a comment if it works (or if it doesn't, indicate where it doesn't fit).

A wall-mount for the 5th generation HDHomeRun CONNECT Duo (2-tuner) or Quatro (4-tuner) TV streaming devices. The 5th generation devices are all black with no indicator lights, as shown in the picture.
