I designed this mount for the Bright Eyes 1600 lumen headlight (https://amzn.to/2Nhs6Yf), but it may fit other brands. It uses a single screw to the headlight and has the same channel for the wire as the factory mount. Use two stainless screws with nylock nuts to secure to the bars and slip a slice of bicycle tube over the bar if you want a rubber non-marring sleeve.
