Update 02/25/2019:
Made the knob larger length and diameter, added more threads after the first one broke from use. Make sure not to bottom out the knob's threads with the male threads to prevent damage. The updated file is "ParkTool_TS-2_Knob.stl"

Original Post 09/05/2018:
Sales guy broke the original knob. Use vice grips to grip the threaded rod the stock knob is threaded onto. Remove both the knob and the 19mm locknut clean the threads just because, proceed to install both the locknut
