2040 Extrusion Mount for Filler

This part fits 2040 Extrusions. I used it on my MakerFarm Pegasus 12 printer.

I might tweak it a little more, and take a mm or two out of the height of the gap for the extrusion.

This was hacked together using HugoHuge's 2020 extrusion mount.
