BLTouch mount for Anycubic 4Max

BLTouch sensor holder for Anycubic 4max (MK8 extruder). Also hotend fan holder (40x40x10). Won't work with original (super loud) 40x40x20 fan.

There is 37 mm X offset, 0 mm Y offset and about -0.7 Z mm offset.

Print upside-down with support in the middle.
