Prusa R3 nozzle fan fix

This is a simple fix for the print fan mounting with the Prusa's R3 update. The problem is that the fan assembly is mounted with only a one screw and is easily rotated. I added a ridge to the original printed cooling nozzle so that the fan assembly's tip is fully surrounded. As a result the assembly stays together even with the single screw.
