Chernobyl Sign (Russian + English)

I made these Chernobyl signs in both English and Russian with a radiation sign incorporated as the "o".

Print and enjoy! This also seems like a good opportunity for a dual-color print. You can make it height-based, or you can use the separated files for a different effect (where the radiation sign is a separate object set).

If you don't have a dual extruder and you still want the effect, you could scale down the radiation sign by 10% or so and print it separately.
