I've re-done this lithophane using my new process. The files you want are:
1943_Marquee-WithFrame-HDLithophane-Gadunky.com.zip
and
1943_Marquee-NoFrame-HDLithophane-Gadunky.com.zip

The framed version prints and looks best. Once extracted both files are about 415MB in size.

Framed version is 226mm x 72mm x 3.5mm(6mm with the frame).
