axial wraith wheel adapter/spacer

this is an adapter to allow for use of the stock clodbuster rims on the wraith and space them
out for clearance. I designed them to be used with a 4x16mm barrel nut and bolt up on the stock hexes. I left a little material on the center i.d. so I could run a 5mm reamer (or drill) through for a nice tight bore size.
