POE VESA Raspberry PI cover

I really liked 0110-M-P's case, but I got a POE hat from Newark (https://www.newark.com/raspberry-pi/rpi3-modbp-poe/add-on-board-raspberry-pi-3-model/dp/49AC7643) which required some minor modifications. Thought I would share it with everyone

I added Mause's Jet fan guard 40MM (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1720087) - I resized it to 25MM using Cura
