The USB-GD-ROM Controller is a device that replaces the ever failing disc drives in Sega Dreamcast consoles. To get the most out of these you'll want to use a Hard Drive with a USB adapter. Space is very tight inside the Dreacamst but with this print you can fit a standard 2.5in SATA Hard Drive along with a small adapter.
