mwhitton's 3DS XL Game Saver Upgraded

Hello!
This is a remix of [mwhitton's "Nintendo 3DS XL Game Saver"](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:931886).
This allows your 3DS/DS games to be protected from accidental ejection. No longer will you have to worry about ejecting the game cartridge and losing your non-saved data.

This remix was made to be an upgrade of their design. Here's the changes:
1)Allowed access to charging port
2)Allowed access to IR receiver.
3)Made slightly shorter (to make No.1 possible)
4)Made slightly tal
