Piezo20 - Bowden adapter

This is just a Bowden adapter for the traditional **Precision Piezo** sensor PIEZO20 at https://www.precisionpiezo.co.uk/hotend-piezo-sensors
I was amazed to discover that such a part was not available!

I redesigned the top part to allow the fixing of a Bowden connector, the neck is 1.5mm longer to allow monting on my HEVO.

WARNING: the part does NOT have an internal thread, an _NTP 1/8"_ tap is required to make this part, this is not an expensive tool. My old printer would not be precise
