Samsung S5 USB Port protector

We use Nightscout for uploading data from my medtronic insulin pump, I upload with an OTG USB cable plugged into the S5, this thing is to keep the plug from getting unplugged or damaged.

I used hot glue to glue the Contour Next 2.4 to the back of the phone.
