Makerbot Smart extruder & Smart extruder + hugger

I printed one of Daduck748 to try to stop the printer from triggering extruder change when I was removing the glob of filament from the nozzle.

It didn't fit quite right so I remixed it to have the clips in the right locations for both the non-plus and plus versions of the smart extruders.

Been working great with no issues so far.

Note: also if you cause a static shock when contacting the nozzle with a metal object will trigger the extruder removal.
