Anet E12 bracket for SIQUK MK8 Extruder upgrade (right angle & offset designs)

Update 10/2/2018: I ended up not liking that the extruder wasn't facing were I could see it. I remixed my own design to offset while still using two metal bracket mount points and decreased the thickness over the stepper motor.

now the right angle print and this design for the offset are included in the files. Use the one you like.
