25mm bicycle pump holder

Cycle pump mount for 25 mm diameter pump. Fixes to a 44mm down tube using the bottle cage bolts. The clips that hold the pump are slightly larger than the diameter of the pump to allow for a thin bit of rubber to be glued to the clip to give a firm grip of the pump. Two of them will need to be printed.
