WFD100W Vase Mode Extension - Filament Drying

After looking at the other extensions for the WFD100W and the estimated print time being over 5 hours I decided that was a bit ridiculous to me.These are designed to be printed in Vase mode with 0 bottom shells. Running a 0.6 volcano on my print with 0.2lh put me at about an hour and a half for ABS. A friend tested this out with an 0.4 nozzle at 0.2lh and was able to get them to print successfully but with a little bit of trouble.
