Modified LCD Supports for Prusa i3 MK3

I removed the LCD from the frame of the MK3 and have it set further ahead of the printer. I modified the stock Prusa design of the LCD supports to remove the portion that juts out to be attached to the frame.

I printed it in black PETG and used two-sided self-adhesive tape to attach the LCD to the table.
