YZF600r 36-1 Crank wheel

This is a trigger wheel used when converting a Yamaha YZF600R to a custom ECU for fuel injection. The part bolts to the back of the flywheel and requires drilling and tapping a Cherry GS100502 sensor into the crank case. The part can be 3d printed for test fitting but must be created in steel for actual use. This can be accomplished with a water jet cutter and 1/8" steel using the supplied .dxf file.
