This is a miniature earth or stone golem which is a large construct in Dungeons and Dragons.
It is a little over 3 inches tall. You may want to put a base on the bottom. It will stay standing, but a slight bump at the table and it will fall. I have added just a little bit of green flock to give it a more earthy look, but of course this is not required to have that chiseled stone look of a lumbering giant in your tabletop game.
