As I needed a pair of cleats ASAP, I had created Look Keo Cleats remixed from a keo cleat spacer found on Thingiverse to help with shape (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2214318). I've printed it with a 100% and so far has held up several indoor and outdoor rides. To make it grippy while walking, I added some hot glue to the bottom. If you print this out, please let me know of any feedback that can help me with his.
