If you're making these, please use hot glue and threadlocker to secure the screws and headphone jack, respectively. I redesigned the faceplace and case to allow hot glue over the screws and a recessed headphone jack nut.

Also, make sure you're summing the amplifier outputs into the output jack. Otherwise you're leaving half the volume behind.
