Tie phantom bin for Stanley organiser

Wanted to optimize space in my storage while keeping the same bin template (this one : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1377445), this one allows you to store 2 Tie phantoms in a small bin

Also made the holes slightly larger because the original one were a bit too tight
