Ender 3: Oldham coupler for Z nut

So this is a remix of mala04's oldham coupler.

BUT! unlike my other coupler, this one is specifically for the ender 3.

(this is all based off a model I found of the ender, please let me know if something needs to change...mine is still 1 paycheck away.)

The main change was that I don't like sanding and neither does my nylon so I got rid of the outwards offset of the parts meant to be used for sanding down to fit. So hopefully I've saved you some
